We have an exciting opportunity for an Operative to join our Section Warping department.
The role involves the operation of various machinery and equipment. Key responsibilities of a Warping Operative include loading and unloading creels for warping machines; loading packages onto creels; producing bobbins for the weaving department; operating warping machines; continuous observation to ensure the highest quality standard is met; and maintaining good housekeeping within the department.
You should have a responsible attitude, and a logical approach, be able to achieve the grade standard within a given training period and work as part of a team. You will need to follow health & safety regulations carefully and pay attention to detail. There is a requirement to demonstrate good hand/eye dexterity, numeracy and literacy skills. A consistent eye for attention to detail is critical.
