The Department and the Role

We are currently seeking Weaving Operatives who takes pride in their work to join our Woven Fabrics team. As a Weaving Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, operating various weaving machinery to produce high quality technical fabric.

We are looking for enthusiastic and practical operatives who are looking to work in a busy manufacturing environment.  This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are dedicated and value the satisfaction of producing innovative products in a global industry.

Responsibilities include working within Health and Safety procedures and quality standards, working with team members to troubleshoot and help resolve technical issues to support deadlines and customer requirements.

Essential Skills

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Good hand/eye co-ordination
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Experience of working with machinery in manufacturing environment and/or in a similar role is an advantageous but not essential.
