Our Synchrotec department processes fabrics mainly for the automotive industry. Our processes involve washing and drying fabric followed by chemical treatment applications using our production machinery. The final product received by our customers allows them to bond rubber to the fabric which is primarily turned into timing belts in vehicles.
As Process Operative you will operate the necessary production machinery to ensure that fabric is processed in a safe manner according to the production plan and to the required standard as set out in the department documentation, policies, and procedures.
