Security Officer

We are recruiting for a Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional, site-wide security services for the Company.

The Department and the Role

As part of a site-wide security service, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment by managing the control of pedestrians and vehicles entering and exiting the site, and by processing contractors in line with Company policy.

Security Officers must ensure the site remains secure at all times. The role will include duties such as:

• Monitoring CCTV systems
• Monitoring site-wide alarms
• Liaising with the public and contractors
• Conducting regular site patrols
• Receiving and responding to incoming calls
• Support with general duties as required

The team is committed to your success, and you will receive support and guidance throughout your training, which will directly contribute to our future business delivery requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Ability to work a 24-hour shift system, including all holiday periods
• Ability to work well on your own initiative
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset
• A valid driving licence.

Shift Pattern

Our 5-shift pattern offers a predictable rotating schedule of day and night shifts over a five-week cycle. Shifts are 05:30–18:15 (Day) and 17:30–06:15 (Night), followed by a two-week break on weeks six and seven.
