We are seeking XTEX Operatives to join our Woven Fabrics manufacturing unit. As part of our team, you will play an active role in the manufacturing and processing of yarn and supporting continuous improvements across all processes. This area of the business is the starting point for producing some of Heathcoat Fabrics’ highest-quality technical fabrics.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery in line with the production plan and ensuring the efficient running of key equipment across Texturising, Twisting, Covering, and Winding. You will also carry out yarn inspections to maintain quality standards and prepare yarn for onward delivery to the customer.
You will be supported by an experienced team that is committed to helping you succeed.
Comprehensive training will be provided, enabling you to develop the skills needed to contribute to our future business needs.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
