We are looking for two Process Operatives to join our Warping department.

The Department and the Role

Our Operatives need to set up, operate and monitor the necessary equipment in a safe manner according to the production plan and to the required standard as set out in department documentation, policies, and procedures.

The successful applicants will be expected to set up and operate production machines and similar equipment in accordance with specifications, ensure finished products meet the required quality and accurately provide data for quality control purposes.

The team is committed to your success, and you will receive support and guidance throughout your training. This opportunity provides a unique chance to develop your skills and build a strong foundation within Woven Fabrics production, contributing directly to our future business delivery requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • An enthusiastic approach to learning

  • Excellent attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Very good manual dexterity

Shift Pattern

Working hours will be confirmed during the recruitment process and may evolve as production requirements increase.
