We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our Synchrotec business unit.

Our Synchrotec sales team have a global customer base with a diverse product range and capability. We are looking for a high performing Sales Manager to continue to meet our growth targets. This exciting role includes visits to existing and potential customers in Europe, Asia and North America as well as within the UK.

This role does not manage people. It’s all about the customer accounts.

Who we are looking for

Degree level education or equivalent preferably appropriate to our market e.g. textiles, chemistry, materials science, engineering and business.
Excellent customer focus
Previous experience of working in a sales environment within manufacturing
Experience in producing customer and market forecasts
Experience in undertaking commercial negotiations
Able to travel, attend exhibitions and carry out customer visits
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Additional languages advantageous, but not essential
Self-motivated and organised
