As a member of the woven fabrics sales team, you will be joining a department which is responsible for some of the company’s most exciting high-profile projects, including space missions and green energy generation.
Other products manufactured through our integrated production department are destined for very diverse end uses including recreation and military parachutes, electric vehicle and aircraft components, firefighter and other emergency services uniforms, body armour and chemical protection for our security forces and healthcare fabrics for the NHS.
To manage, control and prioritise the process of all WIS sales orders from receipt to final dispatch to the customer, liaising with other departments as required to gain the information needed to achieve delivery on time. To contribute to continuous improvement around site to improve machine reliability and safety.
Main responsibilities include raising new weaving and finishing orders and the subsequent management of necessary production planning functions to achieve delivery on time, Managing the administrative work necessary for all customer complaints and concessions, Dealing with credit control enquiries as appropriate and creating monthly sales forecasts for the WIS sales teams to aid with the sales management function.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (Would consider part-time).
