Working in our Mill Offices, you will be an integral part of the reception team.
Using your excellent communication and customer service skills, responsibilities will include receiving and registering visitors, answering incoming calls, taking messages or transferring calls to the correct extension. You will also sort incoming mail for distribution and handle outgoing mail using a franking machine alongside other reception-related tasks.
A key part of the role is in providing admin support for our L&D area and carrying out other admin tasks such as scanning data cards into our ERP system, and ensuring fire evacuation lists and Health & Safety checks are updated weekly.
Candidates should be friendly, approachable and have good communication skills both in person and on the phone.
