Due to continued investment in new equipment, we have opportunities for Production Process Operative roles within our Finishing departments.

 

4 shift rotating pattern – 14 shifts over 28 days

    • 12-hour shifts require working both days and nights
      06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00

Full training will be provided

An introduction to the roles

Our Finishing unit is responsible for applying special treatments and dyes to our fabrics before inspecting them ready for shipping. From parachute fabrics to protective apparel and dress nets to healthcare, we have innovative machinery that can treat our fabrics to our customer’s exact requirements, before being shipped off around the globe.

We would welcome applications from anyone who would like to play a pivotal role in our fabric treatment processes, from operating our impressive finishing and dyeing machines to using powered manual handling equipment or using your keen eye for detail to inspect our finished products. Full training is provided for all of our Finishing roles to help you grow and develop your expertise.

 

What we would like you to demonstrate in your application:

  • An understanding of Health and Safety principles within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in data entry and Microsoft Suit experience
  • Ability to work in a team as well as on own initiative
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative.
  • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment (advantageous but not essential).
