Due to continued investment in new equipment, we have a number of Production Process Operative opportunities.

 

4 shift pattern – 14 shifts over 28 days

    • 12-hour shifts require working both days and nights
      6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am
    • £21,397-£27,254 per year

Full training will be provided

 

An introduction to the roles

We are looking for individuals who would be interested in working a 4 shift pattern as a Production Operative or Process Support Operative here at Heathcoat Fabrics within our Finishing departments.

Our Operatives are responsible for operating our impressive production machinery and undertaking tasks such as using powered manual handling equipment or quality inspection using your keen eye for detail.

Full training is provided for all of our Operative roles to help you grow and develop your expertise.

 

What we would like you to demonstrate in your application:

Essential

  • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment (advantageous but not essential).
  • An understanding of Health and Safety principles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in using a PC for entering data.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as on own initiative at times.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative.
