A rare opportunity has arisen for a permanent Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team.

 

    Monday-Friday, 8.30-5.00pm

   Up to £23,000 per year

  Training, development and progression available

    Contemporary office environment

 

About the role

In this busy and exciting role, you will provide a high level and accurate payroll service to all current and new employees whilst adhering to Company processes and procedures, throughout the entire payroll process.

The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining the Company Time and Attendance (T&A) system, processing starters and leavers and other various pay changes, and resolving any queries from managers and employees accurately and in time for monthly payroll deadlines.

 

Requirements of the role

  • High level of attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Must have strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible approach and ability to multitask
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

Desirable

  • Previous experience of T&A systems
  • A relevant qualification would be an advantage but is not essential
