At Heathcoat Fabrics we strive to be bold and dynamic in everything we do. We are ambitious and not afraid to experiment and push boundaries within our industry. Our highly specialist products are manufactured for use in the Automotive, Healthcare, Defence and Aerospace industries, to name a few, and we rely on the creativity, skill and dedication of our people to contribute to some of the most innovative fabric making projects in the world. We are committed to ensuring our people have the skills and confidence to excel in their field and provide opportunities for progression at all levels.
In the last five years, Heathcoat Fabrics has invested over £3 million in on-site generation installing a 2Mwh Combined Heat and Power engine, 2800 solar panels and refurbishing and bringing back to life hydro generation which had been taken offline in the 1970s. We are now looking to recruit an Energy Graduate to support our energy strategy which is focused on identifying and implementing further energy efficiency measures to continue our progression towards meeting our carbon goals.
Reporting to the Business Project Manager, this is an extremely varied role combining a very practical experience of energy reduction within a manufacturing environment alongside data monitoring and management for compliance reporting and financial allocation purposes.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for energy who wants to make a very real difference within the Company. You should be interested in new technologies becoming available and be able to consider how they could be applied if appropriate within our operational areas.
Training will be provided based on the candidate’s previous experience and knowledge of Energy management.
