We are looking for a Mill Warping Operative to join our Knitted Fabrics division. Our Mill Warping Operatives are key, the important starting point in the production of some of Heathcoat Fabrics innovative technical textiles. Our Mill Warping Operatives help to supply our Knitting department so they can produce fabrics with end uses ranging from Oekotex Class 1 nursery products to body protection, healthcare products and turbo engine hoses.
Key responsibilities for our Mill Warping Operatives include operating machinery to a production plan, ensuring the smooth running of the warping machines, loading bulk packs of yarn, recording production weights and circumference. The ideal candidate will produce beams ready for the knitting department ensuring they meet the required specifications while maintaining good housekeeping within the department.
