About the Role:

We are looking for an individual to join our Finishing production unit as a Lean Manufacturing Graduate. Over the course of the two-year programme, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects to deliver significant business improvements through the deployment of continuous improvement tools. The chosen candidate will champion and share the use of best practice methods for improvements across the business and provide support to the Finishing Production Manager in all aspects of continuous improvement activities. Building productive relationships and influencing others is a big part of this job role; helping the overall improvement and success of the Finishing Division.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Previous experience in analytical problem solving
  • Ability to identify problems by applying a structured and disciplined methodology to identify root causes using data
