We have an exciting opportunity within our Human Resource Team for an HR Co-Ordinator to join a purpose-driven company and an employer of choice.

Working as part of the HR Team, you will be expected to support all aspects of human resources working practices and processes. People are our most important asset and you’ll be part of a team that support a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realise the Company’s ongoing business objectives.

You will be involved with supporting the team activities such as recruitment, absence management, health surveillance, training and all aspects of administration.

What we ask of you:

  • Qualified to Associate CIPD / Level 3 or working towards
  • HR administration experience covering a wide range of activities
  • Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
