The Business Systems Development Graduate reports directly to the Business Project Manager and will ultimately be trained to identify, manage and implement projects within the Company that drive improvement and effective use of our ERP system ‘Epicor’.
You will be tasked with introducing new functionality to users at all levels of the business whilst you build your knowledge of the system itself and our operations. As your experience grows you will start to investigate and resolve day to day issues with our users and later you will take responsibility for coordinating and testing the next major system upgrade which is expected in Summer 2023. Whilst not part of the IT department, you will work closely with their team to develop our business systems so that the users are able to benefit from new functionality.
This role would suit someone who can think logically and work through scenarios to come up with solutions to problems we identify. You must be able to communicate comfortably and confidently with all levels of the business and be able to drive projects through to completion in a timely manner.
Training will be provided based on the candidate’s previous experience and knowledge of ERP and business systems.
