We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to join our in-house engineering department. The successful candidate will be pivotal in the organisation of the day-to-day running and support of the engineering team.

The role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Epicor ERP system, including tasks such as planned maintenance, requisitions, time sheets, overtime, call-out details, and equipment setup. Additionally, you will be responsible for administering the site-wide calibration database and approved contractor system.

Monitoring and updating daily jobs, assisting with departmental administrative tasks, supporting our engineering stores, conducting data analysis when required, and administering the engineering Singlepoint system and COSHH regulations will also be part of your responsibilities.

What we ask of you:

  • Experience with Singlepoint and Epicor or similar Enterprise Resource system
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office applications
  • A logical approach
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative.
  • A good understanding of health and safety issues within an engineering environment
  • A positive and conscientious attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills
