We have a new administrator opportunity within our knitting production admin department.

 

    Monday-Friday, 8.30-5.00pm

   £20k per annum
+ company profit share scheme

About the role

Our Knitting department is responsible for the manufacture of a wide variety of technical textiles. We have a vertically integrated production department which produces fabrics with end uses ranging from bridal tulle and digital print base to geotextiles and turbocharger hoses for our global customer base.

The Knitting Administrator is responsible to provide administrative support to the production area of the Knitting department. The role supports all production areas within the department as required, and will ensure that the department complies with the functional needs of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as well as elements of both the quality and data reporting functions.

 

Requirements of the role

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications or experience
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Excellent numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Good attention to detail

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Warp Knitting
  • Experience of delivering continuous improvement to systems
