Due to continued business growth, we have new Production Operative opportunities.

 

3 shift pattern – 10 shifts over 21 days

    • 12-hour shifts require working both days and nights
      6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am
    • £21,397-£27,254 per year

Full training will be provided

 

Introduction to the available role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Section Warping department, operating within our Woven Fabrics business unit. Key responsibilities of the role include loading and unloading creels for Warping machines; loading packages onto creels; producing bobbins for the Weaving department; operating Warping machines; continuous observation to ensure the highest quality standard is met; and maintaining good housekeeping within the department.

You must have a responsible attitude, a logical approach, be able to achieve the grade standard within a given training period and work as part of a team. You need to follow health & safety regulations carefully and pay attention to detail. You will be required to demonstrate good hand/eye dexterity, numeracy and literacy skills. A consistent eye for attention to detail is critical.

We are looking for keen individuals to join us as a Warping Operative.
